Our legal team secured 8 results, total awarded $141,452. You can see below a breakdown of these substantive cases.

Four of the wins were against CLC Sucursal and Continental. The nullity of the contracts was determined by the lack of information regarding the properties and when they could use it plus the contract period. In total $253,570 awarded.

Three cases were against Tasolan (Palm Oasis). In the first case, the Court of Appeal has confirmed the first instance judgement nullity in all points and condemned Tasolan to pay the legal costs. $15,139 awarded. There were 2 other awards against Tasolan, $19,502 awarded in total.

The final case to report on was against Silverpoint Vacations. The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information regarding the property and when they could use it plus the contract period. $15,557 awarded. This client has already been included in the list of creditors before the Mercantile court in Silverpoint's liquidation.
