Resorts Condominiums International (RCI) was founded in 1974 as a timeshare exchange company. It has now grown to include 4,300 affiliated resorts in 100 countries.

RCI is one of the two main timeshare exchange companies, the other being Interval International.

Every RCI member who has commented on their experience has reported that have been lied to on many levels... from “extras” such as theme park passes and other benefits that never materialise, to lies about availability which never seems to be unless there is an upgrade involved and the omission of important information. Other RCI members say that they have been unreasonably charged by RCI for reservation fees which increase sharply each year. Some have also complained about the standard of treatment during the lengthy RCI presentations.
