Recent Victories

To end 2020 and begin 2021 we have numerous victories to report on.

Seven of our favourable substantive judgements were against Club la Costa (Paradise Trading, Continental Resorts and Sucursal). Altogether these cases accumulated to a huge total of $220,522 in monies awarded.

Other cases from these weeks included ones against Silverpoint, Diamond Resorts and Tasolán. These three cases saw a total of $105,085 in monies awarded for our clients.
