The judge residing in Court 2 in Arona, Tenerife heard the case against Majexo S.L.
The clients initially signed up under the contractual name of B.I.C leisure, which was subsequently changed to Majexo S.L.
It was revealed that the contract signed, did not reveal the minimum legal requirements disclosing the property description where it is necessary to state the building, the location, the specific accommodation and the reference to the land registry. Furthermore, the contract did not have an end date which again is illegal.
After close scrutiny of the contract was deemed null and void and the judge ordered Majexo S.L. to pay the client $21,447.
Another great win for M1 legal.
