Recent Victories

Anfi Resorts felt the pressure from another judge today with the news of a double victory for two more M1 Legal clients.

Both contracts did not have the legal minimum requirements. The contracts also did not disclose the cooling off period nor state an end date which is in perpetuity.

The judge declared both contracts null and void and Anfi Resorts were ordered to pay our clients $22,502 and $12,264.
